Selling your account
By submitting the details of an account for sale, you represent that you have the right to sell the account, and thereby acknowledge your ownership of the account at the time of submission. By submitting account information details, you represent that all information is factual and without any intentional omission or alteration. Once funds have been transferred from mu56 to the seller and payment is received for an account, the seller acknowledges the transfer of ownership of the account to mu56. Any refunds or returns will only occur with consent from mu56. If at any time it is discovered that you, the seller retrieve the ownership and control of an account from either mu56 or any individual that currently holds ownership, mu56 will cancel the payment sent and reserves the right to pursue legal action. The selling of duplicated, macroed, copied or any type of mass produced or fast produced products using illicit methods or third party software is strictly prohibited. mu56 will report any such incidents to the proper game developer. Furthermore, any moneys transferred will be cancelled and the product refunded.

Product Descriptions
mu56 and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible in describing a product or service. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it within 24 hours of purchase.

Buying Accounts
You are responsible for returning to our website to change the registered email of a purchased account. Failure to do so may jeopardize any issuance refunds or recompense. You are responsible for maintaining the security of his password and other sensitive account information. If you engage in behavior such as buying currency, powerleveling, botting, hacking, or any behavior deemed risky, mu56 will not reimburse if the account is closed. Returns and Refunds
There is a one time refund/exchange policy for all accounts purchased, however 30% of the sale price will be charged as an administration fee. If an account is found to have login problems a case by case investigation will occur. Pending the results of the investigation, if no fault of the client is found: (a) If the account has been purchased within 30 days a replacement account and $100 store credit will be offered, or client can choose a 50% refund or (b) If the purchased occurred greater than 30 days ago, a coupon equal to 50% of the sale value of the account will be issued (valid for 14 days). If the investigation reveals the client has engaged in actions that may have contributed to the problem, no refund, exchanges, or store credit coupons will be issued.
